Upgrade paid for. No upgrade received.

Hi I have paid for an upgrade of my trees and have not received the upgrade. The payment cleared my account on Thursday, 2nd February 2017 (Australian Eastern Daylight Savings Time). I have also sent an email regarding the matter, with no response as yet.
