Can anyone help me with the ancestors of

John McClean b ca 1790 Ireland d ca 1900.

Wife: Prudence Allistaire no information on her whatever.

Son: Samuel McClean b 1818 Newry, County Armagh, Ireland d: Melbourne, Australia.

His wife: Maria Atkinson b 1825 Newry Ireland, d 1903 Melbourne Australia. I have been looking for family and other ancestors of John and his wife but no luck. Has anyone got any information that would help me out. I would be so grateful.

Hello, again, Valma.

May I suggest that you register on Ireland Reaching Out.

I found it free and very useful indeed when I used it 3 or 4 years ago. I successfully researched Armagh

Hello Robert, Yes that is all I can get. Thank you for trying. I thought maybe they were too early for having been registered, but then I remembered that I have gone back to 1650 on the Haskett line in Ireland. I couldn't get anywhere with the Irish roots sites at all. They said "no record found". I will just have to keep digging.
