Upgrading from "Free" to "Standard"

Is there a delay before TribalPages turns on your upgrade? Two days (5/2) ago I purchased an upgrade from the Free account to the Standard. My payment was immediately accepted but I am still waiting for the upgrade. I am not getting a response from support@tribalpages.com. Are others having this problem? If so, how was it resolved. Is there a phone number that I can call?

If you upgraded on 5th Feb that is indeed a long time - oh, of course you are from the land of non-sensical dates. lol

Hey Community, I discovered that I'm now a "Standard" member. That is great - my problem has been solved. I appreciate this platform for providing a space to be heard.
