Under heading PEOPLE select Last Names. Find the Name that you need and select.
You will now see the details on the Screen . On the Right Hand side of Persons Name you will see a box with a V in it . Select this and then Edit. You will now see near the bottom a large Box to ENTER NOTES

Everything Les has said is absolutely right and reliable. However, my only problem with the Notes Box is that, in some instances, the number of permitted words is insufficient.
In that event the inserted text still appears on the family page but outside the Notes box.
I think the layout of the page is spoiled when the notes appear outside the box and I prefer to create a Story page for that individual because it has virtually no limit on content.
Using html code it is possible, though not essential, for you to create links between the individual and his story page.
I use the Notes Box and Story Pages dependant upon the amount of information to be stored.

Select a Name from the NAME INDEX that you know has a large entry in their notes.
Do you now see all the Notes as you would expect.
All the best

An 89th couldn't happen to a nicer person. Well done to you and to those caring for us. I celebrate my 3rd on the 90th of July.
Now to serious-ish stuff. I did as you suggested and did, indeed, see the notes of that individual in their entirety.
However, I must confess to never using the Name Index and did not realise the info could be accessed from there.
I always use the Last Names index to enter the tree. I don't have 'hidden' notes so have not checked to see if they would still be visible on this page.
My comment to Butler still stands - I do not like to see the noted extended outside the box. Now we have the Story
facility I am surprised that TP didn't make a click on a Notes link go straight to a story page (and back) and obviate limitations on the content of the existing Box. That would have reduced the need for the html, that frightens some people, for direct access to Stories.
The Story cum Notes entry would become an extension of the family page instead of a separate place.
If you know what I mean, sort o' thing, like!!
As I keep most Notes of people on a Family Tree site off the web, I could not say about the Notes outside the box, other than I believe it is caused by the amount of words allowed
I can see your point about stories, and I have mentioned it quite a few times in the past to members.
With T P not long ago , introducing NAME INDEX, I believe they think that this is the way they intend Notes to be read, with all the other details.
It does not always work this way though
I always look at the FAMILY MEMBERS view after I have done editing, as it is completely different
All the best

If you still want to simultaneously post one email message to several addresses I suggest that you might Google 'Setting up a Group email address'.
You will see directions for setting it up dependant upon the programme you are using - gmail, Outlook, etc.
Printing your result will save you dodging backwards and forwards while you set it up. It is not difficult,
Ted
Open your site as Administrator.
In the headings click 'Stories'.
To open a story page click 'Add New Story'.
Do not forget to click 'Save' before you leave the story.
In the Notes Box print something like 'For further information please click People/Stories in the headings above'
When Tribalpages' computers are busy we can be Timed Out so, for safety, enter and save your story every 5 or 6 paragraphs.
I hope this is what you wanted to know
