Go to "Edit" > under files click "backup/download". Or, under "Tools" click "backup" in the dropdown menu. You can then save your tree as a gedcom to your computer..
In RootsMagic click on "file" > "import" > "gedcom" > "I know where file is". Add your gedcom from where you saved it in your computer and carry on from there.
