Citations comments box size reduced

In the citations comments box, a new "feature" has been added which allows for horizontal scroll, but it reduces the size of the box

The main reason I don't like it is because it just isn't needed, and effectively reduces the number of available viewable lines by 25% to three.

It negatively affects the way I work with data input.

The comments box on the main edit page is similarly changed - but that doesn't worry me.

Whaaaat? The problem has reappeared! What's going on?
My problem was that I was working on two computers of different display size. I simply zoomed in a little to overcome the problem.
