I have tried logging in using mobile app but it keeps telling me that it does not recognise the email address. I have changed my email address and updated this for my lap top which works OK but not the mobile app on either old or new email address.
We were able to sign into the mobile app using your credentials. Are you still having this issue? Please note that you have "ll1" before the .com in your email address, ie. two letter "l" followed by the number "1" then .com

I tried again using the correct email address "...ll1" and ".com" as I use every day many times and it still gave the same response that it failed because it did not recognise the email address.

Try removing the app and reinstalling. Is this Android or IOS?

I have reinstalled it but I believe that it is an old version. How do I get it updated. It opens with a selection of trees to open including mine. There doesn't appears to be any way of changing this.

The list of Family Trees are ones that you own or are a member of. Choose the one you want by pressing on that item.
