I HAVE ASKED SEVERAL TIMES ABOUT CORRECTING THE RELATION ON THE NEWSLETTER. I AM CORRECTLY LISTED IN THE SYSTEM AS THE OWNER AND FIRST INDIVIDUAL, BUT WHEN THE NEWSLETTER COMES OUT ON MY BIRTHDAY MONTH, MY RELATION IS SOMETHING LIKE "COUSIN'S WIFE'S SON" OR SOME SUCH NONSENSE. PLEASE GET THIS FIXED OR TELL ME HOW TO FIX IT. NO ONE IN THE SUPPORT AREA EVER RESPONDS!!!!!!!!!!!

This happens if your email is connected to the wrong name in your family tree. There are two ways to fix this

[1] In the newsletter, just below the birthday/anniversary list, there is a section titled "Incorrect Relationships?". You will find a link that says "fix this". Click the link and follow the instructions.

OR

[2] Login to your site as administrator. Pick "Newsletter" under "Tools". Then click "edit" next to your name.
