Anyone know how long this takes these days, seems like much, much longer than it used to. No longer get the email message that says it was completed and this is an activity that does not show up in the activity log.

Just downloaded a Gedcom from my main site and uploaded to another tree I have in Tribalpages. No problem. All as usual and virtually immediate. Email also came through immediately upload completed. In fact faster than some occasions it has been in the past.
