Changing e-mail Address URGENT

I have sent you a message stating that I cannot change my e-mail address and password which you have not answered

Your boxes will not accept these stating that I am entering incorrect information

I have checked and re ckecked this, and there is no error on my part.

Seems to be a fault on TP

Can you please check urgently

The original response was sent to your old email address. We just forwarded to your gmail address.

I would like to thank You for your quick response and your full explanation of how to get over my problem.

I have been changing from Virgin to Sky which then meant changing from Outlook Express to Gmail, and over 16 years I had added two numerals to my password. I got myself into a real mess, but Thanks to you, you guided me and soved the problem.
