i am not able to view family tree in edit mode or family member mode the tree is right at the bottom of the screen and i cant get it to go up the screen for what i would call a normal view hope that makes sense can you help please ??

We show advertisement banners on Free websites. This banner is on top of the page, between the Title and Menu. Perhaps you have an ad blocker that is preventing the advertisement from showing, so there is a blank space where the advertisement should have been.

Paying sites do not have the advertisement banner, so the menu sits directly below the title with no gap.

Yes I realise that you have advertising banners at the top but that shouldn't stop me scrolling down to see the tree should it? I am unable to scroll down ??

Are you saying that I can no longer scroll down to see the tree properly without a subscription??

I now see the problem. There is a scroll issue only with the "Tree" view. You should be able to scroll in other views (Family/Ancestor/Descendant etc). I have forwarded this to the Technical folks and they will fixing this soon.

Fixed. We have disabled advertisements in the "Tree" view.
