TP removing photos

TP recently made a decision to limit use of a photo to be tagged to 25 people. OK, I can live with that - moving forward. What I can't live with is TP removing content and arbitrarily deleting the pic from many people's pages. I have nearly 30,000 people in my tree, so with nowhere near that many photos allowed, too many people had blank pages, so I filled them by tagging family coats of arms to everyone in that family. The photo takes up no more space than one photo, no matter how many people it's tagged to. When I keyed in those people, I was following the rules, so why is it OK for TP to just delete them now, based on new policy. Is every change of policy going to cause them to remove existing content? Doesn't that concern every subscriber of TP's service? I have other photos which were family reunion photos with more than 25 people in them, and TP just kills those TP considers extra. Now many people mentioned in the photos are no longer tagged to them. NOT happy.

I am experiencing this with a similar problem and issue. Our site has more than 7,000 pics. About three years ago we had about 3,000 which was half. Al pics where tagged and link to an individual. In late 2017, we discovered many were being untapped and unlinked from the assigned individual. We thought TP was being hacked. I wrote, called and complained to TP about the problem. The site has grown and additional members and pics have been added. The problem with pics being untangled and unlinked still exists. We are looking at other options.

I thought I was the few experiencing this problem. But, my situation may be worse. Our site has about 42,000 listed with more than 7,000 pics. More than half have been untapped ot unlinked from the assigned person/group. Many are very old with the person who posted them no longer with us. Totally a sad and harsh defeating counter action.

Thanks to TP for correcting this issue.
