Hi, I have been a customer of this site for many years and spent countless hours gathering information. I am very disappointed that I can not receive any help or explanation. I accidently imported another tree and erased all of the work that I have done. I have asked repeatedly for help and the only answer I got is "we shall try". This is not good customer service at all. I would like someone to answer me if they can help or not. Why is it so hard to get an answer
