Hi,

I have reached a brick wall and a roadblock. My great grandma was born in 1900 in Ross, Cherokee County, Kansas. I believe she may have been born in 1901 because the census was taken in June of 1900 and according to the census she was 5/12 years old.

She married my great grandfather; Ralph Norman on May 9, 1918 in Bartllesvile, Washington County, Kansas. I have the original certificates. She divorced my great grandpa in 1919 or 1920 and then married William E. Sanders around 1920 and they moved to Michigan City, IN. the last census I find her in is the 1930 census. She died in 1937 according to family and is buried in either Oklahoma or Kansas. I did find a death certificate from Oklahoma for a Bernice Rogers who died in 1937 but I'm unable to look at it. I can't find anything on her from 1930 to 1937. William died in 1957 and is buried in Michigan City. I am unable to find any obit for him. His death certificate doesn't list a spouse but does say that he is married.

I'm wondering if anyone would have any ideas where to look for information on Bernice. she's a lady of mystery that I am drawn to and wish I would have known.

Sorry for the book. Thanks for all your help.
