I came across your tribal pages site when researching my cousin's ancestor.

His name may not mean anything to you but as a result of researching him, we came across the following which may or may not refer to the Sarah COOPER in your family -

[Item in the “NSW Police Gazette Crawford Allen b1856 Residence 12 February 1919 Sydney Missing friends Crawford Allen age 63 years inquiry of the instance of Sarah Cooper. Currawang House Via Goulburn”.]

Does this mean he is missing...? Or Sarah Cooper is missing...?]

Your tribal pages site states the following and we are wondering if anything may be known relating to the above entry by you or your researchers.....

COOPER, Sarah Ann Augusta, Born 1865 in Goulburn NSW

Australia, Died 1932 in Goulburn NSW Australia

Looking forward to hearing from anyone with information on either ALLEN, Crawford or COOPER, Sarah of Currawang House via Goulburn, NSW

I suggest you re-post this to the original inquiry. They then will be notified that you made the post.

Many thanks (Robert Burns - Tribal Pages Support) for that suggestion.

However, I'm a bit confused, as I am the one who posted the query hoping for information.

Do you have any advice as to how to connect with that person....?

Regards

Barbara

A very confusing post. You stated "I came across your tribal pages site when researching my cousin's ancestor.

"Him" who? Who's family? This is telling me you read a post by someone else who is asking about "Him" and this was your reply. As I had no idea who's post this was, I suggested you reply under that post so you could make a connection with that person.

If there is someone specifically you are looking for and this wasn't a reply to someone else you should start by saying "I am looking for info about the following person" then give names, places and dates.

Sorry if there was a misunderstanding.

Thanks for following up my previous email Robert.

No, there was no post by anyone else, I came across a Tribal Pages site where COOPER, Sara, Goulburn was mentioned and when I should have sent a message to the admin. of that site, instead I posted on the Genealogy Message board hoping someone might see my query.

However I have now sent a message to the admin. of that site so will be hoping for a reply.

I can also try your suggestion if I don't hear anything.

Regards
