please this is the second time about three years aqo this happenexd now again lots of my informtaion is missing for one my grandmothers family is all missing going back to the early 1700's and other stuff

please fix my tree now i have been a paying customer for over 10 years and that is over 10 years of reserch i dont feel very safe right now
