Searching for the birth place of Harry Frederick Bell married in the UK after WW1, But born in either the USA or Canada date 25 sept 1885, Married 1919.

Do you know who his parents were? Do you have any idea what state in the US or province in Canada?

I think you best bet is to find his parents and then look for them in census records in the US and Canada.

If you do not know his father, and he was married in England, then I would recommend ordering his marriage certificate from the GRO. It will give his father's name and occupation. Link below to the GRO (General Record Office)of the UK.

If you don't have access at a subscription site to UK marriages, then try http://freebmd.org.uk to identify his marriage.

I have his married certificate, Which lists a father of Fred Bell electrician by trade, I'm trying to find a birth in the USA and a certificate, He was also deported from the UK and so a death date and place.
